They have definetly never heard the saying the "customer is always right"It was the first time I have never been yelled at by a vendor and I hope it is the last!

What can I tell you about Galleria Invitations? In a nutshell, your event is their event. One day before the wedding, I discovered that all my wedding favors were burned in a fire of another vendor. Joyce, at Galleria, immediately took on the extremely stressfull job of personally driving hours away to pick up another set of favors, check each and every one of them for any flaws, and have them wrapped by the end of the day! Joyce did her best to meet my expectations and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. We would have not been able to have the quality favors we had, in time for the wedding, if not for Joyce. Thank you Joyce for saving us from a disastrous situation and allowing us to have a beautiful event! BTW-The tuxedos would have cost half of what we had to pay for them...We will not make the same mistake again, when our other sister gets married.Eleni H.

Our wedding was a destination wedding in St. Kitts and 1800favors.com/Galleria Invitations, Favors and Tuxedos were very helpful. They allowed us to rent the tuxedos for over a week at a very fair price. At the time of returning the tuxes, I was able to leave my wedding gown for cleaning and preserving, which was very convenient. I have now received my gown and I'm very pleased with everything. Thank you to Joyce and everyone else for being so nice and making this part of our special day easy and successful. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Joyce and Jennifer both were extremely helpful while I was selecting my "save the dates". After they came in, I loved them so much that I decided to use them for my invitations, favors, bridal party gifts and even my fiance ordered his tuxedos there. They had one of the biggest selections for everything. They own their own tuxedos so my fiance got to try everything on before we made a final decision on the Calvin Klein style. And the price could not be beat, his was free and the rest of the guys only had to pay $99 for everything, even the shoes. I wish they had dresses there. Loved the Galleria, I have recommended them to all of my friends. You should try them too!

Jennifer at Galleria was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Our invitations were perfect, the tuxedos were great and the customer service was above and beyond.
