I did NOT do the package at Brentwood so I cant review on the package all we got from Brentwood was staff, food and liquor we brought everything else in including linens which was great because we had a large budget to work with. I liked Brentwood because it was one wedding at a time and it had a low minimum for a Saturday night in July. Because we didnt do the package we ran into a few problems but in the end it all worked out. On the day of our wedding Josh the Maitre D did a wonderful job he had our custom linens, napkins, menus, etc all placed the way we wanted them and he worked with our wedding coordinators. He was even helpful when the outside bakery we hired had to come fix the cake. After the wedding I heard that one table wasnt served dessert or drinks but received their food and etc. We were also charged more per person because we did not go with their package.

My daughter's wedding was last Saturday April 24,2010. The weather was beautiful and Scott made the event perfect. Food was excellent and everyone raved about the wedding. Being the only bride made her day extra special . Scott you are the best! Thanks for a memorable day

I was so pleased with the Brentwood Country Club. They did an amazing job. I worked closely with Scott and he and his staff went above and beyond. I was an uber organized bride...spreadsheets and emails for everything. Scott was very gracious in his replies to me and also answered them quickly. He handled all our requests with grace and was insanely professional. We had asked if his chef could make a huge cheeseburger for my dad...it was an inside joke with my now husband and dad. Not only did we get the "no problem"... but it was HUGE! 5 pounds to be exact. My dad travels all over and said it was one of the best cheeseburgers he has ever had. We only used the dj and videographer from the package deal. The DJ was awesome...so much fun! I danced all night and had the best time. The videographer did a great job as well. We were only married 10 days ago, so we haven't gotten our video yet, but I'm sure it will be amazing. I found an amazing photographer (yourmindseyephotography.com) and they are soooo good! Our cakes were from ALP Cakes and again they too are amazing. A huge Thank You to Scott and The Brentwood Country Club for their amazing service. It was absolutely the best day of my life!!!!

Brentwood Country Club is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I am warning all brides run as fast as you can away. Sammy tells you are going to be getting a package deal but you don't. Sammy says nothing but lies. I had my wedding last July and have still not received my photo's or thank you cards at this point. Brentwood County Club has not paid the photographer for the job yet even though they had MY MONEY well before the wedding. Beware of Sammy....he is arrogant and ruthless. He yelled at my husband (the groom) on our wedding night and made me cry at my own wedding. This was the worst experience of my life and I would not recommend that anyone does business with Sammy and the Country Club.

We got married here 11/2008. I see some of the same complaints that we had. Centerpieces were big disappointment. DJ was a drunk who forgot my intro music (you know the song that you walk down the aisle w/ your dad to). My cake was not the cake I ordered & I did not get my anniversary cake either! I complained and asked for some sort of compensation for my dissatisfaction but all I got was ignored. Scott "tried" to help me but kept sending me to Sammy who was useless, told me he would have to review the video and get back to - BIG SUPRISE he never did. I emailed, called, threatened but nothing ever seemed to matter to them. I have fond memories of my wedding but very little had to do with the venue or the staff.

Our wedding went off with just a few hick ups but you can never have 100% so it was expected. Scott (nice guy) did what we asked of him and repaired the broken fence - not the 6 months in advance but the morning of our wedding so I guess that's a plus. At least it was nice and new.One of the last touchs was to light the Fire Place so we can do photos - it was lite but the Mantle was not very organized - we tried to straighten out the candels and the flowers but it was very time consuming when your pressed by everyone to hurry. So oh well I'll do some fancy cropping.... There was a few other things that bothered us - the small issue of my 20 Swirled Votive holders, 5 mirror sets, 2 Heavy Crystal Votive Holders, Big Handle Basket and One of our set of three Personally Designed Bouquet Holders were never returned.. Hmmm? Hope eveyrone enjoys them. Make sure you designate someone to pack for you before you leave. The Cake seemed to run out way to soon - never got any take home for my anniversary. I'm sad because it was delicous...Besides that the Food was very enjoyable from the feed back I heard. My coworkers are still talking about the Skirt Steak.I danced too much to have alot but the salad was wilted & Shrimp was warm. The DJ & Videographer were difficult to get in touch with - odd hrs but definately worth the hassel 20 stars for Both of them.Ken and Eva's did a amazingly wonderful job on my upgraded flowers they were stunning.. Thank you very much Rosemary you angel.. Limo was great to upgrade me with out charge since we only needed the car to do photos with - about an hour.. The huge disappointment was and still is the Photographer - please heed my warning Black and White photos are easy to do without any upgrading. Them using a digital camera and me purchasing Black & White film ????Keep in mind it's simple to develope in Black and White from any scannable computer. I'm happy to say we just got our Parents albums and they are what we payed for.I don't however appreciate having to go through pitch after pitch each time I see them. I gave all the info for all the books and we still had to go in again and see all the pages before they finalize everything - again. One more pitch to sell me something for way to much money - I can do myself or go to Walmart and do for a reasonable price. Hopefully this will end soon and I can finally share our photos with my ailing family members who couldn't come before it's too late......................

For the metro NY area, the value you get for the price is pretty good. The venue is not overly elegant, however it is a fun event. They offer a package deal that includes: video, photo, DJ, Cake, flowers and Limo for about 10K. This is for 100 people and any addtional is $65 per person. The food is good, the open bar is good and generally the staff is pleasant. You can also remove vendors to drop the price although it isnt signaficant and normally you can't find better price. To take out Video, photo or flowers it's $500 each. I will also review each vendor seperately but in brief: I dont really recommend the florist(Ken & Eva's Flower Cottage), the centerpieces were ugly and not what i expected. We are still waiting on photos but so far so good. Video guy was pleasant but again we're waiting on that. The food was good, the cake was good. We also had the ceremony there which was a $500 fee and it was beautiful. Note: Our favors were a bit more on the valuable side and many were stolen. It appears that it was the staff. Also, quite a bit of my cake was missing, and I know that some of the guests had said the staff particularly liked my cake flavors and started telling people "we ran out". Keep in mind I did not have 100 guests which is what I paid for. These were some shady things that happened. Also none of my guests were offered coffee and keep in mind we're European, making coffee an important part of the end of the night.

Brentwood Country Club was great. Everything went smooth and the cocktail hour and reception were both beautiful. I would highly recommend it. Scott was wonderful, very helpful and extremely fun to work with.

I would recommend the Brentwood Country Club to any bride-to-be. The staff, especially Scott, if he is still there. was helpful and would take the time to answer all questions (and if you're anything like me, you will have questions a few times a week). They offer a package deal for under $10,000 which includes inivtations, flowers, photographer, videographer, limo, dj, a cocktail hour, open bar, a sit down dinner and a cake. The only vendor I didn't use was the florist; I just wasnt satisfied with the arrangements they had to offer. Before you book the Brentwood country club, they invite you to a showcase where you can sample the cocktail hour food, get free drinks, and also get to meet with the vendors and see their work.

They make your day so easy. They provide all the essentials. No hunting around for DJ's and photographers. The grounds were beautiful and the food was excellent. Highly recommended!!!

I've been with my husband for almost 10 years, married almost 2 years. In 2001, we went to his cousin's wedding @ the BCC and I told him that I wanted to get married there. Sure enough, 5 years and a day later we got married and had our reception there . I have nothing but great things to say about the BCC. They always returned my phone calls, they're extremely reasonably priced, the staff there is unbelievably wonderful. They have all of their vendors...all you have to do is sit back and relax! YES, RELAX! What bride to be can do that?!? Well, I was one of them. Yes, there were times when I was stressed out and not relaxing, but because of other things. As for the BCC, they made my wedding day the MOST memorable day of my life and if I had the chance to get married all over again (to my husband of course), I would! I had 132 people at my wedding and every single person there, said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. I couldn't agree with them more and I owe it all to the BCC. I highly recommend this hall for anyone and everyone who is planning a wedding. You will NOT be disappointed. It was the BEST time of my life and I owe it all to them. :)

I have been married 12 years this September and people still tell me that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Everything was beautiful especially for the money. Twelve years ago I was young and fresh out of college. I worked two jobs to pay for my wedding. If it were not for BWCC I could never have afforded the wedding of my dreams. Even today, I would still have my wedding at BWCC and I make tons more money. I highly recommend the DJ. He was the best and really made the party.
