My husband got my engagement ring there, and I wanted to get the matching band, so we obviously went there. Their prices were fair, but their salespeople made you feel like they had better things to do. I really wasn't crazy about the place, until a stone had fallen out of my ring and I had to see a jeweler. He was a delight to work with! He totally changed my perception on the place.
