Top Tiers by Jason Ellis is a GOD when it comes to cake design. Not only did Jason do our wedding cake but he also did my Grooms cake. I asked Jason to make my Grooms cake look like Shea Stadium. I knew this was a tough task and I was worried that it would not be able to be done. On the day of my wedding I was 150% satisfied with both cakes. The wedding cake was outstanding and my Grooms cake looked exactly like Shea Stadium. Great job Jason!!!

Jay is a terrific vendor to work with and made us a beautiful and delicious cake. We knew the first time we met him that he was trustworthy and understood our aesthetic. You can ask him for tips about anything wedding related- he seems to have seen and done it all.

We fell in love with Jason's cakes on the food network challenges and I knew that I had to have him do my wedding cake. It was amazing. It was sooo moist and delicious!! I was soooooo happy with my decision to use him for my cake.

My cake was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was hot pink and green and all the guests couldn't believe that this was a real wedding cake..... He was such a pleasure to work with!!!

Jay was such a pleasure to work with. He did the grooms cake and our wedding cake. We loved meeting with him because we just sat there and talked about everything with him, not just the cakes. He was so welcoming and we were so comfortable with him. The cakes were delicious and they came out awesome. He knew exactly what I wanted and made up a drawing to show you what it would look like. His work is amazing. We really liked him and will use him in the future for any parties.
