Cruise Control Limousines

We rented the trolley limo, and everything was great! The trolley was such a fun idea, and our wedding party loved it.

Worst worst worst experience with this company please be careful booking with them...look else where. They overbook and doesn't give you over time. The limo driver will threaten to leave you behide and also make a scene. Wedding is your day, you don't want to make the same mistake i make book with this rude company. FYI I was only over 20 min. Wedding was on 10/08/11 and they almost ruined my wedding. I call after wedding and the owner told me they were within their right to leave me behide for 20 min overtime. so now is my right to tell my story to everyone. please book with someone else

We were referred to Cruise Control Limousines by two of our friends that used them in the past and were really happy with their service. I did a lot of research and checked them on the BBB and on other chat services and heard nothing but good things about them. We used the White Wedding Trolley and could not be happier. The driver was professional, arrived early, and even helped to calm me down before entering the church. The Trolley was clean and so much fun. We were ringing the trolley bells and the driver was sounding the bridal horn. Everyone was looking at us - the Trolley was so different. I would recommend Cruise Control - they were helpful and very nice throughout the whole process.

I had a great experience with Cruise Control. I worked with Margaret. We did everything on the phone & I didn't meet them till the day of my wedding. The driver was super nice and helpful. He arrived early, help carry my dress so it didn't drag on the floor and even helped with the ceremony. The Rolls Royce got us a lot of compliment from our guests. It made my parents feel extra special on our way to the church & it is the perfect ride for the bride & groom to get to the reception. It is also a great prop for pictures!!!!

Cruise Control provided us with a Trolley for our wedding day. They were timely and professional, and the trolley was adorable. Our driver was also very helpful. We couldn't be happier!

They were at my house on time and were very professional. One of the limos got a flat and they replaced it with a limo I hated with no alcohol but they did make things right after the wedding. The 4 passenger Rolls was amazing and our driver was great. They even provided an aisle runner free of charge. The free town car picked us up the next day at our hotel. The driver had to be one of the nicest people I ever met.

I used Cruise Control for my wedding on June 19, 2011. They were very nice when we booked them and they gave us a decent deal. They were on time, friendly and professional but I did have one issue with them...the size of their limo! I had a bridal party consisting of 13 people, so I figured I would splurge and get the 18 passenger escalade so they would be comfortable. My bridal party, which consisted of two children and for the most part average size adults barely fit!!! Cruise control said it fit 20 tight and 18 comfortable, NO WAY. If you book with them make sure you get inside the limo and check the seating!! Other then that I was completely satisfied with their service.

Cruise Control was amazing. They worked with me over the phone being that I was in California and my wedding was in NY. The limo came 10 minutes early and got us to the church exactly on time. The driver was very friendly and extremely helpful, he even lent me he jacket because well April in NY was still cold! They like the rest of my vendors were simply amazing.

The groom picked Cruise Control Limos for our 2/25/11 wedding and I was very pleased. The limo driver, Dennis, called to inform me when he was outside of my door. He helped me up the church steps and helped carry the train of my dress when my bridesmaids were too busy chatting away :) He even helped the wedding coordinator at the church open and closed doors to the sanctuary for the processional. He was beyond courteous and professional. The 18 passenger Escalade we rented was beautiful as well. I was very happy and satisfied with the service provided by Cruise Control.

I am giving such negative feedback since the day of my wedding I had the worst experience with this company ever. The week prior to the wedding I used them for my husbands bachelor party and the driver was great. Unfortunately, we were disappointed the day of and also with the owner's wife. I have never had someone speak so rudely to me and so nasty to me on the most important day of my life. I will never refer there business to anyone. My driver was not friendly, did not play music, they were suppose to have champagne on the trolley... I don't know where it was. He drove the trolley like a mad man. Complete disappoint and not worth the money that was spent for just a pick-up and a drop-off. Originally it was suppose to be two pick-ups and one drop-off but according to the wife, we were late and we should have been charged an additional $75. She must of completely misunderstood me when I asked to have the trolley at the house at 4:30pm but not leave till 5pm. Oh well, she needs a lesson in manners.

I have nothing but great things to say about Cruise Control. I used them for my wedding and my bachelorette party. A total of 4 Coach buses, 2 limo's, 1 party bus and 1 lincoln car were used. And all the drivers are very professional and helpful. As well as personable. They werent just there to do their jobs they were there to help with whatever we needed. My limo driver offered to go back to our house for something we forgot.

I had a wonderful experience hiring a limo and an old-fashioned-car for my wedding. CC was efficient and most importantly, their drivers were wonderful. In fact, the drivers were extremely helping in helping me in and out of the car with my giant dress and they were very calming influences on the day. One even helped me straighten out my train in photos near the car! They were on time, the cars were great and their staff was delightful.
