Just want to let any bride and groom looking for the whole package..videography, photography, and a sick dj and mc.. Dancejock dj made my wedding have such a awesome vibe.. Dance floor packed the whole night.. Music lighting was on point.. I was so happy :-) my pictures were being displayed as they were taking for all of my guests to see.. People were commenting all night that they were impressed how fast the pictures were able to be viewed on the flat screen tvs.. Also they made a on the spot montage of my ceremony photos. The videographer was great.. My photographer didn't take any bad pictures.. Everyone looked good and was smiling.. I also have all my pictures on discs that r mine to do want I want..

We <3 Scott! He is such a cool guy and he runs a fantastic company! I had originally found them using google search for DJ companies on Long Island with crazy lights lol and they popped up. They did everything I wanted, they were flexible with appointment times and Scott made sure we had a great time boogie woogie dancing all night. Everyone was talking about the DJ and the music and how wonderful they were. THANKS GUYS!!

We had our wedding on New Years Eve 2011. Dancejock was great and we couldn't be happier. Scott was friendly and really helped us in all the stages of the planning. He had many different packages and helped us find the one that fit into our budget. At the reception we had the DJ and uplighting that Dancejock provided. The setup looked AWESOME! The lighting was unbelievable. Guests were commenting on how great it looked all night. Dancejocks staff were very experienced and professional. Scott was an excellent MC. He was energetic and the dance floor was packed all night. Everything went so smooth. Scott and his crew were never invasive and had everything perfect. For New Years they had a countdown and really built up the excitement. I would highly recommend Dancejock to anyone. We have been hearing nonstop from our friends and family how it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to. What can I possibly say about Scott and his staff? From the first moment we met with Scott we knew he had to be the dj at our wedding. He was personable and enthusiastic about my husband and myself. He knew our reception hall very well and told Ais what he knew would work out best logistically there. he was not pushy and didn't try and sell us on every single extra he had. He showed us our options and gave us his opinion. I will admit we didn't meet with any other djs because we knew he was it. We ended up booking 3 flat screens, dj/mc, lighting and the percussionist. Let me tell you not only did he give us an unbelievable price but I would have paid 3x more based on their performance. My husband and I have not stopped hearing our guests gushing about Scott and the percussionist. Everyone wanted their card and needed to know everything about them. From the moment the wedding started till the second it ended the dance floor was never empty. Scott stuck to the songs that we went over and found others that matched our crowd perfectly. The percussionist was interactive and sounded like he was part of the music. He let my little brother play the drums constantly and never got annoyed with him. Scott got the crowd pumped up and made some beautiful montages. The zap shots were unbelievable and it is like I had 2 photographers running around. Everyone loved to see their pictures popping up on the screen right away. I urge you that if you are looking for a dj go see Scott and his staff. They have so much more to offer and will give you one of the best prices and the best performance you will ever experience. Thank you Scott and staff for everything! You truly made our wedding a night that NO ONE will ever forget! Especially for Brandon and I!

Dance jock was amazing. They had my guests on the dancefloor all night. We also had the percussionist that got everyone involved. The Dj knew exactly how to read the crowd and play the music to get them moving. Scott was our MC and thanks to him we had the best time at our wedding. The music was insane! go check them out!

When we signed our contract with Scott Neglia and Dancejock Productions, we knew that one of the most important aspects of our wedding's atmosphere would be taken care of. When I say that Dancejock exceeded our expectations, I really mean it. Our dance floor was packed from the minute that the wedding started until the minute that the wedding ended. They knew exactly what music to play and when to play it and had the ability to get every one of our guests on the dance floor at one point or another, young and old! We had a singer that sang to each table during dinner and he sounded so amazing that people thought they were playing a track of Frank Sinatra at first! The screens played a montage of us before we were introduced, of our ceremony at dinner, and flashed pictures of all of our guests throughout the night! They loved seeing themselves on the screen and could not believe how quickly they got the pictures up! The videographer was amazing and we got all of our pictures and raw footage of our video that night!! We could not be happier and recommend Dancejock whole-heartedly for every wedding and event. As a bride, it's important to know that you will not have to worry about anything on your wedding day. A DJ can make or break your wedding and Scott and Dancejock know how to give you an unforgettable night!

Scott Neglia and his crew are the best!! He came highly recommended from a friend and we found out why. Right from the beginning he was very professional and courteous. He did not pressure us at all to purchase any services we did not want. We met with Scott prior to our wedding to go over the music and coordinate our entrance for a choreographed dance we had planned. Everything was executed perfectly!!! My sister used Dance Jock in 2003 for her wedding and they were absolutely amazing! So, when it came time for our wedding on 10/1/11, it was an easy choice. Scott and the entire team made the choices extremely easy. Rick Allan, our MC, was fun and entertaining the entire night! The DJ was absolutely amazing and was able to read the crowd so well...the dance floor was constantly packed. Between the lighting package we chose, the Kinetic uplighting, and music, the room was gorgeous and fun! I have received compliments from everyone on how great the music was and it truly "made" the wedding! When I picked out my wedding dress, I looked forward to getting married in it and then of course, dancing in it...and that was exactly what I did plenty of! Tom and I also chose to have two performers...Curtis, the saxaphone player, and John, the percussionist. What a great decision! Curtis and John were extremely professional and unbelievable at what they do. They took the music to another level and every guest enjoyed watching them and joining in! I couldn't have thanked them enough at the end of the night! Not only were the DJ, MC, and performers great...but the Zap photographer and lighting technician worked very hard the entire night. The video montages for the introduction and for the parent dances were put together very well and I couldn't have asked for anything better! Music was extremely important to me and my husband. We were very specific about wanting just the right kind of mix to make everyone happy and most importantly keep them dancing. From our very first meeting with Scott we knew Dance Jock Productions was it. We were shown video footage of their work, not just snip-it's of the good parts, he even had a floor plan of our reception hall to show where he would set up the televisions and uplighting. He truly took the time to give us the attention that we needed. We ended up hiring Dance Jock for music, uplighting and video. Throughout the whole planning process Scott was polite, professional and ALWAYS found a way to get me excited for the day to come, whether he realized it or not!!! When our day came Dance Jock definitely did NOT disappoint. Our wedding R-O-C-K-E-D!!!!! (Scott was our mc and Rob James was our dj) I'm still getting emails and phone calls a month after our wedding with people telling me how much fun they had and how they haven't danced like that in years. By the time we got back from our honeymoon we had already received a disc from Scott with all of our snap shot photography pictures AND 2 weeks ago we already received the unedited version of our video. I have hired Dance Jock productions for all of my catered affairs and have always been 100% ecstatic with the results!!!. The first, in 1988 when my husband graduated from Law School. I was thrilled with the music, service, and price. (times were tough out of Law school and Scott worked with my budget and made my party look and sound as if I had spent a lot more $$$ then I did.) Following that, were the 3 Bar-Mitzvahs' for my children, starting in 2000, 2002, and 2004. You might think that the music and entertainment would be similar to the party before, but Scott and his team always brought new, innovative ideas to make each party and child feel special and spectacular. My sons' wedding was our most recent affair and I would not dream of having any other company provide the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and of course, reception. The lighting package lit up the room but never overshadowed the bride and groom. Dance Jock productions manages to compliment every occasion without taking the attention from the guests of honor. They have, and will always be the company I hire for all my music and entertainment needs.

Absolutely amazing!! Scott Neglia and his entire dancedock team truly made our wedding everything that we could have ever hoped for. Right from the first meeting with Scott, he made us feel comfortable and confident in their work. All of their DJs are experienced DJs that actually work out in clubs so they know what is new and fresh. Scott listened to exactly what we wanted our wedding to be, made wonderful suggestions which I am soooo happy we followed his advice on, and followed through till the very last dance. Our main thing was that we wanted our wedding to be a PARTY and I have to say, the dance floor was NEVER empty! They assessed the crowd (and my groom who ended up doing a hysterical garter toss routine courtesy of Scott), changed up music if it didn't seem to be working, kept everyone engaged and happy. Bottom line is that dancejock knows how to throw a party, knows how to work with a bunch of different personalities and understands how important the wedding day is to the bride and groom and does everything in their power to make it just as you want it. Also, the dancejock VJ is amazing and I highly recommend getting the "candid" shots as part of your package... The VJ got shots that were less formal, more fun and truly captured the "true" wedding. All the pictures that are snapped are played on plasma screens through out the night and it is a really fun touch that a lot of our guests enjoyed. To get an idea of how good the VJ was, I have to tell you that I was complimented at least 15 times throughout the night on how awesome my "photographer" was doing and how great the pictures on the plamsa were... I was like... that's not my photographer... its dancejock! I really could go on and on about everything that Scott and his team did for us that night but I hope you get the picture. I never write reviews for anything but I could not let myself not let everyone know about dancejock. In a nutshell, they are courteous, very professional, caring, compassionate and AMAZING at what they do. I could not have asked for a better DJ, MC and VJ for our wedding. Thank you Scott and Dancejock for figuring out exactly what we wanted our wedding to be (even though we were just blabbing away) and then delivering even more than we could have hoped for! I just used them on 9/10/11! They went above an beyond my expectations! Everyone there is friendly an very helpful! Scott is a pleasure! I spoke with Danielle a lot she helped me with since i have a 1 year old! Leo as my mc an I can say my dance floor was packed all night! I would us them again for any event I have coming up! My guests did nothing but say how great the music was all night! I also used them for my ceremony music, zap shots and a photo booth as my favors! It was all just so easy that i was not stressed about any of this stuff! I wish I could add the pictures they took because they are amazing!

Curtis and I would like to thank Scott Neglia and his staff for making our wedding day such a great success. It all began with our introduction to Danielle (who works out of the main office). She was very flexible with her schedule to meet with us late in the evenings and always greeted us in a professional manner and with a smile. To our photographer/videographer John, who was able to do an excellent job gathering all our family members together to take some special photos. We absolutely loved the video montage displaying photos of both parents, the two of us growing up as teenagers and then together as a couple. We also enjoyed the short clip of our wedding vows that was shown to our guests while they waited for us to enter the room....our guests LOVED it!!! The percussianist was great he got the crowd really excited and the kids all got a chance to beat the drum (along with my hubby....LOL). And as for George our MC/DJ well, our guests cannot stop talking about the MUSIC!!! Non stop dance music to get the crowd up and moving and that's exactly what they did. George did an excellent job coordinating everything and interacting with the crowd. We were so incredibly happy with all Scott and his team did for us on our very special day. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and our guest would not stop raving about how amazing the music was and how much fun they were having! Scott and his team were extremely cooperative and worked with us to customize our wedding exactly how we envisioned it to be and more! They made sure all of our favorite songs were played and created a magnificent montage as well as displayed digital photos on their flat screens throughout whole night! Our guests were so impressed with how they captured all of these special moments and shared it with everyone right away!
