Details by Gina Wedding Day Coordination

I got married at the Queens County Farm Museum in Little Neck, NY in May 2010. I needed a coordinator to help with setting up and decorating. From the moment I spoke to Gina I felt comfortable with her and she knew exactly what I needed. I do not regret for a second hiring her and in fact, my reception would never have been the same without her. I think she is excellent at her job and I can not thank her enough!

Gina was amazing! The best investment I made for my wedding was procuring her coordination services for my wedding day! She is absolutely the best - not only did she save me a ton of money by helping me secure a videographer - she was instrumental in helping me navigate through alot of last minute stress and trauma in respect of my florist. Gina's professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness was the key -- I really don't know how I would have dealt with my florist troubles without her guidance - she truly saved the day! To all of the brides reading this - do yourself a favor and hire Gina -she is worth it!!

My wedding was on September 27, 2008. When I looked into a DOC, I wanted to find someone that I felt completely comfortable with. I also wanted to make sure she would be comfortable with my then 6 year old daughter. Well, Gina had every quality I was looking for and more. She ended up finding me my photographer, after having many issues with finding one. She helped me SO much the day of the wedding. I couldn't have imagined my day without her, and neither could my daughter. I didn't worry about a single thing!! I was able to just ENJOY my day. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about her. Thanks Gina....

I would HIGHLY recommend Gina as a wedding coordinator. My husband and I went to see her for the first time and just knew that she was the one that we wanted to work with to make our day even more special. To us she was more than a wedding coordinator...she was more like a friend. She was friendly, professional, makes an awesome timeline, and stayed on TOP of her game with all of our vendors. On our special day, she was calm, organized, she was with us behind the scenes, but always there when we needed her on the frontline. All in all....GINA IS THE BEST!!!!! Hiring Details by Gina as my wedding coordinator was the absolute best decision I could have ever made for my wedding. Alot of people have this perception that wedding planners are only for the wealthy bride with 500 guests at her wedding. That is simply not true!!! No matter who you are or how big your wedding is, it's YOUR day and you want to be able to enjoy it. On my wedding day, Gina handled all the money transactions such as paying the DJ, florist and photographer. She made sure that the DJ played the right songs at the right time and that the photographer took every photo on my wish list. Any problems that came up such as guests that needed seats or who showed up late and needed meals, Gina handled. Normally the vendors go to the bride and groom for answers on all these questions that come up during the day. Since I had Gina, I was able to mingle with my guests and enjoy my wedding day without the nuisance of interruptions. Even prior to the wedding, Gina helped me tie up loose ends and find last minute vendors for my wedding. I will be forever grateful to Gina for everything she did for me.
