Fox Hollow Restaurant Catering Hotel

I give Fox Hollow 5 stars across the board. They helped make my wedding the best day of my life and their service will be something I will never forget. From the very first meeting I knew we had to book this hall for our wedding. It had the homey comfortable feeling we were looking for on our big day. Our BM Ken was so easy to work with and gave us so much for an amazing price. We did not think we could have the wedding of our dreams on our budget and they made it possible. My bridal attendant and maitre'd were the best I could have ever asked for on the day of, extremely accomadating and on top of everything. The food was amazing for both cocktail hour and reception, and our cake was delicious. And even though our wedding was during the biggest snowstorm of the year, the pictures we have of the outside grounds with the snow are to die for. The Fox Hollow is definately the way to go if you want the memory of your wedding to last a lifetime!

The Fox Hollow provided myself and my husband with the most unbelievable day. We were given assistants that were incredible. Whenever we needed something, they were there! The venue was beautiful. The food was fantastic. A great bang for your buck!

I wanted the Winter Garden Pavillion room - Everything was TOP NOTCH. My only gripe was that during CH there were not enough seats (I was suppose to hve an overflow room, there was not), when guests showed up at the Fox Hollow, many were directed to the wrond enterance??? WHY? & My dessert (waffles) were served cold, not hot (being honest here....YUK). BUT I LOVED EVERYTHING ELSE!

The Fox Hollow is BEAUTIFUL!!! I had a winter wedding and just the outside alone is gorgeous with all the lights that line the outside and driveway and the inside was so warm and cozy. Our reception was held in the Winter Garden Pavillion. It was beautiful. They had the fireplace on and it just gave the space that warm and romantic feel. The staff was terrific. From the moment I booked with them, they have been nothing short of amazing. Anytime I had a question, it took nothing more than a phone call or an email to get an answer. They were very good and prompt at responding to all my questions and concerns. The day of the wedding, I must say my maire'd (Mike) and my bridal attendant (Angie) were SUPER!!!! They were on time with everything. My husband and I nor my bridal party NEVER had to ask for anything. They were on top of it all. We never had a chance to ask for even a glass of water...WHY?...because they had everything right there for us. You would think they walk around with this stuff in their pockets. We had a little problem because our officiant was late and Mike and Angie jumped into action and gave us a number of options to get around that. Thankfully the officiant showed up in time. Not once did the staff break a sweat. You can definitely tell that they knew exactly what they are doing. The reception was AMAZING. Everything looked amazing. I had diy centerpieces as well as a candy buffet and they set everything up PERFECTLY according to the instructioins I gave them. The food was, I have to say absolutley SUPERB!!! If I could think of another word that would make it better than superb then I would use that. So many of my guests are still raving about the food. Everyone thought cocktail hour was amazing but couldn't find the words to even describe how delicious the main dinner was. We got an unbelievable price and to be honest, My husband and I really feel that we robbed them. We felt we got way more than our moneys worth. I will tell anyone and everyone I know and don't know (which I have so far) that if you book with Fox Hollow, you will NOT be disappointed in anyway!!!!

Fox Hollow did a fantastic job! The staff were extremely accomodating and we did not have to worry about a thing! This place is the perfect setting for a quaint, classy wedding. The garden is beautiful and perfect for great photographs!

The Fox Hollow is a top notch catering hall. It's their business and they don't disappoint. The food is over the top and the service was 1st class. i would recommend The Fox Hollow to any engaged couple getting married on Long Island.

We were impressed with Fox Hollow from our first meeting with Rob. T. more then a year before our wedding to show us the venue. Rob T. showed us the gardens, the different rooms and all that Fox Hollow can offer. We came with a long list of questions and Rob answered all of them before we even asked them. He showed us the level of organization and expertise that existed at Fox Hollow and that there was no other choice for us. The grounds and gardens were beautiful on our wedding day and made our pictures fantastic. We are positive we could not have gotten better pictures had we gone to a park or another location. The greenery and the colors of the flowers made our wedding photos pop unlike anything we could have hoped for. The staff who assisted us in planning the details of the wedding, Annemarie and Frank, were spectacular. Both answered any questions we had and always told us things that we didn't even think off. The both of them assisted in setting up the room to our liking and we have had nothing but compliments from all our guests on the selection of our wedding venue. The day went by in a blur for us but we remembered how helpful Frank and Annemarie were when we were worried about our wedding cake, the outside ceremony, or the reception room set up. They made us feel that we could trust them to think of everything to make it special and perfect for us. On the day of our wedding the staff was always friendly, polite and courteous to each and every guest. They truly made us feel special. We realize that we were one of many couples who get married at Fox Hollow but Noella (bridal attendant) and Megan (Maitre D') made us feel like there was no other couple more important. Noella and Megan were with us from the moment we stepped out of the car to the very end of the day. Both of them anticipated our needs and handled any issues that came up, no matter how small. Noella and Megan even wrote us a note of good luck on our wedding cake box. Because of their organization between our wedding party, family and ourselves we really had no worries. In our opinion, there is nothing more comforting to a wedding couple then being able to trust others with their most important day allowing them to relax and enjoy it. We were very happy to have selected Fox Hollow from the day we signed our contract to the time we walked out of our reception, the entire experience was a pleasure and we are gladly recommending Fox Hollow to friends and family.

They def. exceded my expectations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooo happy that we had our wedding here. We had our reception in the Briar Fox room and I was a little nervous that it would be to small but it was soooo perfect!!!!!

I have not one complaint. The food was phenomenal, the hall looked gorgeous and the staff was great!!!

The Fox Hollow went above and beyond. I had my reception there and they were exceptional. Everything was great! Food was delicious!

They were there for me every step of the way. We had a last minute officiant glitch and they fixed it for me without me needing to even lift a finger! They made my day perfect! Everybody was great!We had our wedding ceremony in the Garden terrace... it was gorgeous with the waterfall in the background and the natural light shining through the windows. It made our January wedding feel like it was outdoors!We had our reception in the Briar Fox... unfortunately, I didn't get to spend too much time there but the food was great and the bridal attendant made sure I had some food in the bridal suite.We had our reception dinner in the winter garden pavillion and it was perfect!

We went past the Fox Hollow table and they showed us brochures and what not and my little sister, You are going to get married there. I thought to myself, okay lets not get ahead of ourselves. I had only gone to one other place before I saw Fox Hollow in person. I loved it and I must say that the BM was an excellent salesman. He really did make you envision your wedding there and how fabulous it would be there. We went to two other places after that, but I knew where I wanted it. Plus – they offered me what I think was a great deal for a Saturday evening in July.I was never one of those brides who called vendors, so my next real encounter with Fox Hollow was at a Tea Party. I already had everything planned for the most part, but who can pass up free food and tea (NOT ME!) I recommend going if you do not know where to start. James definitely gives you a few good pointers, but I suggest you shop around for vendors. Many of their vendors were $$$$$$.My next encounter with FH was the menu selection. We met with Jen and she was very patient and helpful. We might be the two most indecisive people ever. We really just wanted a menu everyone would be happy with.Day of the WeddingWe arrived at FH at approximately 4:30. Our MD and BA were well prepared and waiting for us. They had drinks and food ready for us immediately. We then started taking pictures by the gazebo and carriage. I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate us 3 hours before the cocktail hour started. One thing I was not pleased about (at first) was we could not take pictures by the waterfall, even though just a few days before they said we would be able to. There was apparently ceremony that was going to take place there. Luckily, though, they were able to squeeze us in.When we were done taking pictures we began to go to the bridal suite. Our MD asked if we wanted the wedding party there. I said of course, I want to hang out with them. As we walk up the stairs, I hear them all talking loudly and they are trying to get chairs from other rooms. I immediately tell the MD to get them out of there. I already had a headache starting to creep up and I needed to relax. DH and I were able to relax for about an hour before the CH. There were no friends, family or photographers. It was great. We ate a little bit, took some advil, and just relaxed. If you have the opportunity to do this, please do so. It really did recharge us and we were ready to greet everyone with smiles.We went done to our cocktail hour (Winter Garden Pavillion) about 15 minutes after it started. Our MD told us to wait until more people got there. If I had to do it again, I would have liked to have been there from the beginning. I told him that, but he persuaded me to wait. During the CH, we mingled with about 75% of our guests. We ate absolutely no food, which was fine because the BA had brought it up to us before we went down (God bless her). I can’t wait to see pictures of it, since to be honest it went by very quickly.Finally, onto the reception (Briar Fox). It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything went as expected. Our MD did a wonderful job of setting up the room just as I asked. The one thing, which I am happy we did was while dinner was being served we danced alone at first and then people slowly started dancing with us. We were not hungry during the reception and got our food bagged.

A wonderful, memorable experience for all that attended. Fox Hollow made sure all of our needs were meant throughout the night, while doing everything they could to make sure all guests were enjoying themselves.

This was one of the best vendors I had to work with! I loved them.

I couldnÂ’t'[t choose a better venue for my wedding. They were so helpful especially on the day of the event. They were flexible with the price and so professional. My guests are still talking about how great the food was.

They were awesome. I planned got engaged in January and married that May. They were so accomodating for my circumstances. I would HIGHLY reccomend them!!
