the food was the best my guests ever had at a wedding and the staff was unbelievaable. norm was there for every need and stupid question me and my mom asked with no problem. my sister is getting married in august of 2009 and she is using them!

Norm and his staff were exceptional. They arrived exactly when they said they would and from that point on I had no worries They set everything up quickly, were very friendly towards my guests and my kitchen was spotless when they left. I must also say that all of my guests said the food was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. I must point out that they were also the most patient people. We had just gotten a new puppy who was in her den near the kitchen and oven and all of the kids attending the party kept going into the kitchen to see her. They were never rude. They always were polite and kind in the way they asked the kids to stay out of their way. I would definately, without a doubt use them again.
