The dress I bought at Helen's was $200 cheaper than what it was priced at other stores and the staff was very helpful. The dress came in 4 months which was much faster than anticipated. My one complaint was that I paid extra to have the dress made in my height (because I am only 4'10'') and the dress was still too long when it came in. My seamstress needed to add tool in order to make it long enough so I wouldn't trip on it.

I loved working with the staff at Helen's! They were all very nice and professional. We also got our tuxes there too! The price of my dress was cheaper than any place else, and they were able to make all the alterations I asked for perfectly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family... I already do!

I loved the staff at Helen's Bridal. My dress as well as my bridesmaids and mothers dresses were perfect. We also ended cancelling our tuxedo rental at Mens Wharehouse and getting them at Helen's after seeing their selections and vest choices.

I purchased my gown from Helen's. When I went to look for dresses and try them on, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on. I went back to look for bridesmaid dresses and met with the same staff member, however she was more interested in talking with us then doing her job and after ordering dresses, I went home, looked them up online and realized they didn't come in the color/fabric that I wanted. I had to call the store and explain to them their mistake.I also had major issues with the seamstress and she kept ignoring our requests and rudely dismissed my mother and MOH numerous times. The owner (the man that answers the phone) is beyond rude and does not know how to run his business. Once my dress was paid in full, the staff could care less about you and all professionalism and kindness goes out the door. I ended up having a breakdown in the store the day before my wedding because my dress was not the way it should have been.Tread lightly with this place. They seem perfect and wonderful in the beginning, but at the end when it is the most stressful, they could care less. Dealing with this company was the worst part of my wedding planning experience!

I can't begin to express how incredible Helen's Bridal is. I've had experiences with quite a few bridal salons, and I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did working with Helen's. The staff is AMAZING - they are patient, sweet, professional, helpful and kind. Everytime I called (and I called a lot) they were so incredibly nice - I never felt like a pest. Each time I browsed for dresses, I never felt pressured or bullied. Another awesome thing about this place is that they are straight with you about how much everything costs - no sneaking into the back room and making up a dress price based on your reaction. This place is honest and it's so refreshing to find a place like this when you're in the middle of wedding-planning craziness!Even my bridesmaids said they were said that the wedding was over, since they wouldn't be working with Helen's anymore. That's a lot coming from bridesmaids who should be relieved of their bridesmaid job by the time the wedding is over!Also, the seamstress at Helen's is unbelievable. She created the most beautiful bustle for my gown - and she turned everything around so quickly.In the end, Helen's is a joy to work with - reasonably priced and incredible accomodating. I would recommend this bridal salon to any bride.

Well, the service to be honest was hit or miss every time I visited or called. I heard the same from my girls, because this is where we got bridesmaid dresses. One phone call, answered by the man there (not sure his name but you will come across him if you go) was not very professionl or friendly towards my sister-she was calling to see if her dress was in and to make a long story short he got confused on the wedding date and raised his voice a bit. Okay, we all get stressed at work but in a sales professional role-that should NEVER happen (I am in sales). Also, when I went myself to check on my out of town sisters dress I saw that a bead was dangling from the dress-after telling the seamstress that it needed to be fixed before sending to my sister (it was being mailed that week), she assured me it would but then also blew me off when she saw a customer come in behind me "...can I help you?" and left me standing there, no joke! I was extremly unimpressed. And then she returned to me and said..."oh, is there something else you need?" -seriously unprofessional and completly RUDE. One more thing to note to all my brides-do NOT let them tell you that you need some ridiculous size, they had all of my sisters order a huge size and capped eachof them for alterations at $100 extra...the dresses were $300 each already. The one really positive thing Ican say is ASHLEY, she was courteous and polite every time we went-all in agreement she was very pleasent. Ask fo rher if you go!!

Want a beautifull wedding dress and not brake the bank account check out this company! I was a bit nervouse buying my wedding dress/and bridesmaid dresses online,but once I got the dresses was very happy.I got my wedding dress,two bridemaid dresses,and my flower girl dress all for under $700!! WOW! Yes they are beautifull.You can customize the dresses(change color of fabric,embrodering,beads,ect.And the sizing they use is true to regular sizing!I can't say it enough the dresses are amazing! Their selection online is huge for all kinds of dresses.They have wedding,bridesmaids,flowergirls,prom dresses,mother of the bride,ect.Check them out you will be surprised.And the cost of the items are great! Never thought I'd say I got my wedding dress the way I wanted and paid under $300.

i loved working with Helene's, they were so readily available when I needed them and their prices were great! My dress was beautiful and I loved working with them!

There is a really annoying & fake young lady that works here. You'll know who it is by the sound of her voice & irritating laugh. She had the nerve to talk bad behind me & bridesmaids back!! The tailoring lady made holes in one the dresses, another sales lady made my one of my bridesmaids feel reeaally bad when she said the dress didn't fit & it was all her fault & gave her all this wrong information. Luckily mgr straightened out this situation. He was the only decent person there that we dealt with. Making appts there were nightmares. They wouldn't match prices. The hours, cost & service are all horrible. Not worth all the hassle & headaches. Only reason why we went here was because of location & seemed good at 1st. Go somewhere else.

This place is great and I could not have been happier with it's staff! Liz and her daughter are so amazing. Liz is the reason for my dress because when I first saw it on the rack I did not love it, but she insisted and once I put it on I cried because it was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Also their prices are fabulous. So many brides want to go to exquisite places such as "Kleinfeld's" just to say they got their dress there, if you want my opinion they are just overpriced and you can get just as nice of a dress for an amazing price at Helen's, plus the staff at Helen's is extremely personal and makes you feel like a special bride.

I got my gown at Helens after finding it elsewhere. Helens ordered it for me for over $100 cheaper than the other location, and my gown was perfect. I needed a few fittings to get it to be perfect, but they did a fantastic job. The only thing that is slightly inconvenient are their limited hours.

I went to Helen's for my bridesmaid dresses and they were absolutely wonderful. they were so helpful that my mother ended up getting her gown there and my grandmother also for her 50th wedding anniversary. They we're great.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Liz is the best salesperson in the world. I never felt so special or taken care of as I did with her. I loved my dress and I received personal attention from everyong in that place. I truly have nothing but love for Liz and the rest of the staff. Helen's Bridal is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Helen's Bridal. Though, the store was very far from where I lived, I still decided to purchase my dress from them. All the employees were very nice and attentive. It took one visit to the store for me to find the perfect dress!

The girls were a delight to work with! From finding the perfect dress, to putting on the finishing touches, everything at Helens Bridal was great! They even handled my favors - which everyone loved! And, when it was all over, I took my dress back there to have it cleaned and preserved, and they even had it delivered to my house!

My sister bought her wedding dress here, so it was only natural that I would shop here as well. But I went to about 8-10 other bridal stores before I stopped here, and the first dress that they picked out was "the one." They also have great coupons for a free bridal veil with a dress over $1k - so I got a FREE veil worth $200! It's a small bridal store and all of the people are really attentive and provide great service.

I dealt with Liz at this establishment and her daughter. They were absolutely amazing, however, be careful with the seamstresses. They don't seem to understand too well what you ask for and they don't seem to explain what it'll look like all too well. There was no great way to bustle my gown and I still loved it and was happy, but perhaps I might have chosen a different one that was easier. The first time I had my dress taken in it was taken in TOO much (even though the pins were put in while I was wearing it) so it had to be let out a little bit after that. I kept my cool most of the time except when there were many frustrations with how to sew the buttons for the bustle (yea, the dress hung on buttons with string/fabric hung over them) - and I just felt that there had to be a prettier way to do it cause the buttons looked hideous...but it was all good and we were able to hide the buttons under a piece of fabric on the dress (but some other dress most likely wouldn't have that part that I did!). The prices there were more in line with what we were looking to spend because I didn't want to get carried away with the price of a dress I would wear once. We got a small discount on the dress when I found it elsewhere for a small discount and they matched it because I said I preferred to work with them (which was true). Really important is that there's a cap on alterations (some places either won't cap alterations and there will be some to many, don't you worry!) or they cap it really high. I heard one place even required someone to pay like $250 for alterations even if the alterations didn't even reach that price, this is only a charge if you need it, but it was capped at $125. The veil was also acceptably priced and it's important to be able to compare the veil to the dress (and make sure that the colors really match, even if both claim to be white, they may not be the same white, so even using a veil made by the dress maker is better as well).
