I wanted to plan my 9th wedding anniversary to Jamaica. Kristen was not only knew her stuff, she listened to what I wanted and she made it happen. She was 1 of several travel agents I contacted, some never called me back, others told me I could not get a non stop flight to Jamaica from where I lived. They were wrong. We have the trip all planned and got a non stop flight. Kristen is a pleasure to work with.
