This company was excellent!! They arrived an hour early and really provided amazing customer service in every sense of the word and went out of their way to make our day truly special for us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone getting married or having a special event - they are very personable, prompt and reliable. Rob at Lancelot Limousine was fantastic. We could not have asked for a friendlier person to handle our transportation. From our first conversation with him we knew he was a genuine guy. He was attentive and professional all the way through. The limo arrived on time at every single stop. Every detail was taken care of. The Infiniti Limo we had was beautiful and had alot of fun options. The whole wedding party fit in well and had a great time. Rob was very flexible, and accommodated all of our requests. He parked the Limo outside my house, walked in seemed like he knew the family for years. Most importantly Rob ensured that I was calm when I walked down the aisle. Lancelot Limousine Services, Inc. is a first class service provider. From the moment I first contacted this company, I knew that extremely high quality service was coming my way. Our initial phone call/in-person meeting was a pleasure. The owner was completely willing to customize and make suggeestions for our package to align with our needs and budget and even went so far as to make recommendations for other wedding vendors, based on his experience. We knew we were in experienced hands from the beginning of the process and sincerely appreciated the owner keeping in contact with us throughout the months of wedding planning to make sure we were on the same page in terms of the wedding day schedule, etc. As a bride, I wanted my wedding day to be full of seamless transitions when it came to the transportation piece - I received that and more. The driver was professional, helpful, courteous and extremely friendly, not to mention, early or right on time for every pick-up and drop-off. He made me, my husband and our wedding party feel comfortable and at ease amidst all the chaos of the big day by anticipating our needs at every turn and going above and beyond a limo driver's standard responsibilities. Another point that stood out to me was the fact that, although we had ordered a car to take us to our honeymoon suite at the end of the night, the owner came to pick us up himself in a stretch limo for just the two of us. This was so impressive and we were so greatful for the surprise and personal service. A perfect end to a perfect day. He also helped me coordinate limo transportation for my bachelorette party - another example of outstanding customer service. It is abundantly clear that the owner of Lancelot and his staff genuinely love what they do and that made the experience all the more wonderful. When I had an issue with another company I found myself two weeks before my wedding limo-less. Luckily I stumbled upon Lancelot Limousine and Rob. From our very first phone conversation I knew that I was in great hands and felt relieved. Rob assured me that he would do everything possible to make sure that I had the limo I wanted and everything would go off without a hitch---AND IT DID! We were lucky to get one of Lancelot's beautiful vintage Rolls Royce limousines. The car was in amazing condition, and when it pulled up on my block, it literally stopped traffic as people stopped to admire the car. The driver was such a gentleman and arrived ONE HOUR early (who does that?!??!). He was patient with us and made sure that we got all the pictures we wanted and worked well with our photographer. Despite it being the Marathon in NYC...he navigated the streets like a pro and our day went off perfectly. There is not enough I can say about Rob, and Lancelot Limousines. They really made me feel like I was the most important client and this is clearly how they treat everyone. If you want amazing service, beautiful cars, and an overall EXCELLENT experience...look no further.

I love Rob he is sooo nice and sincere, he truly cares about his clients needs and also helping them save money. The limos were clean, had champagne and the drivers were awesome, my drivers were nick and vick and I'm just trying to make up excuses just to get a limo again lol, rob keep up the great work, I've told you millions of time but I will remind you again you have a customer for life :) now I want to have my wedding all over again lol

For my recent october wedding we booked a rolls and a party bus-- both drives were super nice and came early for our pick ups :) also the rolls driver popped a bottle of champange after the church and was the one to help me with my veil for the pictures with the car! awesome! Also all the pre-wedding planning with the owner Rob was so great- he really broke down the time line and helped me organize the day!

We hired Lancelot Limousine Services for our wedding and it was an excellent choice. They were cost effective and Rob was very interested in meeting our needs. He didn't oversell to us and reminded us that he was there to help make our day stress-free and memorable. The driver was on time and professional. I would recommend Lancelot to anyone!

Lancelot Limousine Service has been one of the best limo company I've ever used. We got married 3 weeks ago, and still can't believe how good service we've got, very punctual, reliable and most of all awesome price just to fit our budget. Great staff!! The service we received from Lancelot Limos was above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we contacted them inquiring about their service to our wedding day, they were polite, professional, and did everything they could to put you at ease. Rob is an angel and was a pleasure to work with. He is definitely someone you can trust. Nick was our driver and he was AMAZING! He was so incredibly helpful and sweet. I can't put into words how grateful I am for Nick's kindness. There was not a single moment of worry or stress with them. No question about it, BOOK THEM! You will definitely be glad you did.

Can't say enough about Rob and Lancelot Limousine Services - absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did Rob provide the transportation for my wedding, but he took care of the Bachelorette Party and transport to and from the airport for the honeymoon. He's such a nice guy and worked with our budget better than any of the other vendors we used. Rob went above and beyond to make sure he gave us the best deal possible. Most importantly he was so attentive to our time frame and schedule for the wedding and the day went perfectly. My priest was so impressed with him - apparently brides are typically late due to limo drivers. Not the case with me! And his limos are so amazing. They're extremely cared for and absolutely gorgeous. I used the Infiniti for my bach party and it was the best part of the celebration. My girls and I had SUCH a good time. Speaking of Rob's quality of service - we were contracted to use the Infiniti for the wedding, but after tacking on a couple more people for the wedding day drive, he swapped it out for his equally impressive Escalade so we'd be more comfortable. I've ridden in plenty of Escalades before and thought I knew what we were getting into - but no. This car is far more impressive because of it's cleanliness, unique features and was the smoothest ride ever. No spilled drinks on my poofy wedding gown! The drivers on all occasions were so kind and accommodating - Rob's professionalism extends through them and we were so happy with all of his team. Planning a few trips to the vineyards out in Long Island and a trip to Atlantic City next spring - and you can bet Rob will be providing the transport!

After looking at many limousine services on-line, as well as in person there was really nothing that we liked. I was contacted by a friend who put me in touch with Lancelot Limousine Services, Inc. I called and would later meet up with Rob. Rob was outstanding to work with, his fleet was clean and professional and they took care of us like we were old friends. Our driver's went out of their way on the wedding day to make everything just right. It was also nice to see as we left the church Rob was there to congratulate us. This was a nice touch. They thought of everything and had everything on hand from sewing kits to gum. Lancelot Limousine Services, Inc. is second to none. We were married September 18th and left for Australia on the 19th. Rob threw in our ride out to JFK. When asked "Would you recommend this vendor to a friend?" not only do I recommend this vendor but I will continue to use them any time I need air port service or for work as well as an upcomming family members wedding.

I would highly recommend this company. They were great right from the start. Rob, the owner, was fantastic. He gave us a great rate and the limos were beautiful. They provided the limos for our wedding this past September and we couldn't be happier. They showed up early which we were happy about and everything went smoothly. We were picked up in the exact limos we were promised. The drivers were friendly and professional. Rob even showed up to the wedding at the end of the night to provide us with a complimentary limo ride home from the reception hall. I usually don't leave reviews but this company was so good I wanted to let others know about them.

From the moment I spoke to Rob the owner he was nothing but pleasant and reassuring.I new immediatly he was someone I can trust. Rob and his staff were extremely accomadating. Even when there were very last min changes that needed to be made Rob came through in a big way. I cannot say enough about the beautiful cars that were provided and the awsome drivers. They were sooo helpful the day of the wedding and not only on time but early! Rob and his team were truly a pleasure to work with. Every time I called Rob and said "Hi it's Danielle, I don't know if you remember me..." and he always responded with "Of course I know you!!" He really made myself, my husband, and my mom feel like we were well taken care of. He really worked with us to stay within budget but also feel like I was getting everything I wanted (infiniti stretch limos, hummer limo, etc.) He personally drove my mother and her friends into the city for my bachelorette party for dinner, and they couldn't be happier with him. His team was really great with the limos, they all arrived 15 minutes before scheduled, and all of them were great. They were so sweet, and when I knew we were running behind schedule, I asked them to get everyone together and they did just that. They kept us on track (or at least as on-track as you can possibly keep my very late self..) and they were never rude about the schedule. The groomsmen even needed the driver to pick up something from the grocery store, and he picked it up without any complaints. The shuttles we used from our reception to the hotel ran perfectly on schedule, and rob even stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned. I really cannot recommend Rob and Lancelot Limos enough. I hope to use them again, and being the first of my friends to get married, I plan to see them again in the very near future!

What can I say about Lancelot that hasn't already been said? Rob was AMAZING to work with and I was extremely happy with the service provided on our wedding day. From the moment my husband and I met with Rob we felt comfortable and knew we were going to book with Lancelot. The limos were beautiful and everything went perfect on our wedding day. Nick was our driver on our wedding day and he truly went out of his way to make our day a special one. There are no words to express my gratitude and satisfaction. Rob was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! From the moment Rob picked me up on a rainy afternoon as I was walking to his office from the moment he popped up as my driver for my ride to my hotel after my wedding, Rob has been nothing but a dream come true. Rob helped me pick the perfect package for my over-sized bridal party that was in my budget. We picked the white 18 passenger limo for the party and a black stretch for our parents and both limos were on time and spotless! Rob drove my husband from his home (how amazing is that!) and my driver was Nick and they both attended to all of our needs! Even after there was a mix up after the ceremony, Rob and Nick kept everything under control and managed to get us to our cocktail hour on time! And despite the craziness of the day, Rob still managed to come back at the end of the night and drive us to our hotel! Absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience! I booked Lancelot for several occasions including my wedding in August which went so smoothly. I’ve been impressed each time with the service they have to offer. They’re always on time – meaning early, drivers are very professional – my favorite is Nick :) limo’s are in immaculate condition and updated.
