Do NOT SHOP HERE. I repeat, do NOT go here!! First, let me explain the dinginess of the overall look of the place. Disgusting. Looks like you've walked into 80s prom nightmare - and it looks like they haven't cleaned the place since then, either.
Secondly - I won a free headpiece from them at a bridal expo a few months back at the Oceanbleau in Westhampton, NY. I was treated worse than I even have in my LIFE. Every single woman in that place had a worse attitude than the next. They said there was so proof that I won this - ok. I signed a book, spoke with the owner, and had a card in my hand. Really ? I'm lying about this? They acted as if I was a felon trying to rob them. Disgusting human beings.
These women are just awful. I even overheard a nice woman who walked in asking if there was any dress for the mother of the bride under $250 - The NASTY saleswoman said "OH god, absolutely not. No way". This poor woman was shut down immediately, and said awkwardly "oh ok, thanks anyway..." You would've thought this woman asked for the saleswoman's first born.
Overall, regardless of my situation, these women are awful. I'd never trust style advice from women who are wearing pajama jeans and Reebok's from the 90's. Stay far, far away. They should not be in the retail business.

To be honest I wish they would close this store so that no other bride has to go through what they made my girls and I go through. I went there to get my bridesmaid dress and possibly my wedding gown. At first they were very nice but once I ordered the first dress it was like night and day. They put my down for ordering my veil at another store. They made my sister cry and then tried to get my bridesmaid to pay more for a dress that I had already paid in full and she walked in the door with to get altered saying there was still a 90 dollar balance on the dress. At one point they told me that I had to order my dress there because the designer was back logged and they would give me a discount because I ordered my girls dresses which turned out to be more than 200 more than what I paid for my dress somewhere else and at the other store the designer wasnt back logged. They were so rude to me and even yelled at me at one point. Please stay away from this place.

I hated everything about this store. They were extremely unaccomodating and very very rude! They actually told me and my MOH that if she doesn't buy the expensive dress from them, that her dress would "fall apart at the seams as she's walking down the aisle". They were extremely rude after that too and are just disgusting people. Every single person that I spoke to in that store was rude and treated me like a child who doesn't belong there.
When I picked up my dress, it had 5 big wrinkles right on the front! When i pointed them out to the owner (the only guy who works there), he moved his head back and forth and left and right as if he couldn't see the wrinkles. Finally, he asked what i want to do about it and gave me attitude when i told him it needs to be re-steamed.
the alterations woman was very nice, but the room is disgusting (with pins all over the dirty carpet). i felt like i needed to shower after leaving that room!
i really wish i didn't go to princess bridals for my dress ... they added to much unnecessary stress and aggravation. They deserve even less than 0 stars!

I had such a wonderful experience with this bridal shop and I looked beautiful on my wedding day thanks to them!! I had a very small intimate wedding so I decided I would put more money into my dress then my original budget. They had so many dresses to choose from. In most places I had went to prior to Princess Bridals, I was overwhelmed by the pushiness of the sales people just because they wanted to make a sale and not really feel what I was feeling for my special day. The staff at Princess was amazing! They were so patient and even teared up with me when I found "the one". I thank them highly for making me so happy and also being patient and understanding with me! My cousin is getting her dress from them also and she feels exactly the same way as me!! Keep up the great work!

I had nothing but issues with this shop. THANK GOD I did not buy my wedding dress from them. Unfortunately, my bridesmaids ended up ordering their dresses here. I ordered one of my bridesmaids dresses 9 months in advance and I was assured that the dress would be in by the beginning of January. The dress didn't end up coming in until THE END OF MARCH. When I expressed to them that I was upset about when the dress came in, their response was "Well, then you should have ordered it earlier". 9 months is PLENTY of time for a dress to come in and they wouldn't accept responsibility or even apologize. The women who work there are all airheads and have no clue what they're doing or talking about. The fitting area is HORRIBLE, the hours are HORRIBLE and all of the "owners" are horrible. They only care about money and not the satisfaction of their customers. They also ended up charging my bridesmaids $80 for a hem. The alterations are capped at $85. So, even if the dress were 3 sizes too big and needed a lot of alterations, it would be $85. Can someone please explain to me then how a hem could be $80???? BRIDES STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place will cause you nothing but stress.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this is one place that I would absolutely tell every bride to avoid. In fact, it's a place I've been looking forward to writing a negative review about.
I initially went to Princess Bridals because I found a gown in a magazine and it was one of the only places in the area that carried the Sincerity Bridal line of dresses. The store was able to obtain a sample of the dress for me to try on (which I paid for), but I didn't like the fit. Still, I stayed to try on other gowns. During that initial visit, I must mention that I was paired up with the most wretched salesperson I've ever encountered. She was super high-strung, didn't understand what I was looking for at all, and she gave me an over-the-top ridiculous attitude when I wasn't infatuated with every dress I tried on. She would throw her hands in the air and shout, "This girl doesn't like anything!" among other rants. My family and I basically tried to run our own appointment and ignore her. We pulled a bunch of dresses on our own, and I found one I loved and didn't want to part with. That's the only reason I dealt with them.
Then...a month after we placed the order for my bridal gown and left a hefty deposit, they called me to tell me that I couldn't get the dress! They said the designer wasn't making it anymore. Needless to say, I was furious. Being the low-maintenance person that I am, I didn't throw too much of a stink trying to get back the money to go to another bridal salon. Frankly, I didn't think I would have seen the money from the deposit if I'd asked for it back, though in all fairness, I didn't really try. Instead, I went in and found another dress. This worked out for the best because the second dress was even more perfect (and coincidentally happened to be a Sincerity Bridal dress), and I definitely felt beautiful on my wedding day.
I truly can't say enough how miserable the salespeople are at this place. They make you feel as if anything you need is an intrusion on their time and space. They seem to have zero interest in you or your happiness with their product, but they appear to love credit cards.
The only saving grace in this repulsive shop was one of the women in the alterations department. (I'm very sorry that I can't remember her name to mention it here.) She was reasonable and kind, and she did a really nice job.
Believe the other reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Princess Bridals.

I did not like this place or the people that worked there, but I got my dress at a great price. So do your shopping elsewhere and then check the price with them.

My dress was beautiful this place had beautiful dresses but for working professional who is not available during the week for fittings or even the time they ended fitting time at 6pm most people get out of work at 6pm. Every fitting had to be during the week they could not work with you during the weekend so i was upset the could even have my dress ready for the time i needed it because of the tailors only working during the week.
I'm sorry i would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to go through heartache.

Let me say first, that I loved my dress. However, this place was very not accomodating, no weekend fittings and night appointments ended at 6pm. All my bridesmaids pulled their dresses from there.

Def would NOT recommend. All of my bridesmaids had issues. I went in knowing what dress i wanted. It had a $700 price tag and my heart was set on it. Some how i walked out with a dress costing $2500. The seamstresses yelled at me and told me i dont know what i want with the alterations and i ended up pulling the straps up all night. Everytime i called to inquire about something they ignored me and told me theyd call back and never did. We ordered all the girls and bridesmaid dresses together. my flower girls dress never came, when we had ordered it they didnt have a sample of it but we had tried it at another store. a week after it was supposed to be there the second time i went in so the flower girls mom could go for her fitting and found my fgs dress on the rack!!! They must have been confused and put it out instead of on the side for me. I was furious and instead of admitting they were wrong and fixing it, they maintained that they were right and "ok fine, take that one and when urs comes in well just put that one out" Convenient that they decided they wanted a sample in my neices size and the same color i wanted... at the same time that i wanted it....
DO NOT GO HERE, UGH, JUST STRESS

This place was horrible, but they had a good selection of dresses, so I ended up buying my dress there. The staff was as good as any bridal shop salespeople ever are. I went in twice with friends and they ignored me. When my mother came from upstate to help me they finally paid attention and weren't nearly as rude. The sad thing is that I probably would have bought a more expensive dress had they helped me on my own, but I'm rather glad they didn't get the commission.
The only true positive I will say is that they have excellent tailors. Excellent. Just keep a firm hand with them regarding how you want your dress altered for your train or they'll do whatever it is they want to do to it.
