Brides...ask for Nicky as your driver! He was so great to have!We used royalty limousines for our wedding on 10/1/11. They have a huge selection of cars to choose from. For my husband and I, we chose a 39 Cadillac. For the wedding party, we chose a 20 personal escalade. They were on time, professional, and extremely helpful.Nicky knew exactly how to help me get ready before walking down the aisle and took care of the aisle runner and collecting the flowers after the church.If you want a great selection of cars...check them out!~Andrea and Tom

Royalty limousines is a great and reliable company. The limo showed up the right place and right on time. The driver was a very friendly guy and had a "wedding day emergency" kit with him - anything from Advil to stockings. He knew where to go and how to get around unexpected road closings.

We used Royalty Limos for our wedding, and we were incredibly happy with the service. We got two limos for 4 hours and a shuttle bus that drove our guests back and forth from the reception and the hotel. They quoted us a great price and the limos that they showed us were clean and new. On the day of the wedding the limo drivers were there to pick us up at least 10 minutes early and they were friendly and professional. I actually really loved both of the limo drivers. They took care of everything they had to take care of and I felt that I didn't have to stress at all, which is a god send on your wedding day! They came into the church and organized everyone and made sure that everything ran smoothly. We had a slight problem with the limo driver at the end of the night, but other than that we really loved this vendor!

Both my sister and brother had used Royalty for their weddings, but regardless we priced out a few other vendors. Royalty gave us a much better pricing and listened to what it was we were interested in rather than pushing more expensive cars.My one complaint would be upon arriving at Royalty both my husband and I sat for a lengthy amount of time without anyone coming over to ask about our appointment time or greet us. We almost felt like we were intruding. The individual whom we sat with was abrupt, interrupted with others calls and seemed a bit disgruntled at times. They are a very popular company and clearly busy, but left a poor impression. Thankfully we knew their reliability and amazing reputation.This aside, our drivers were amazing! They were so kind and felt like part of the family! Helped with our bags and church items. Asked if we needed to stop and get anything. Cars were clean and perfectly running. All in all just amazing. I wouldnt look any further than Royalty!

We hired Royalty for our antique car (Princess Rolls), bridal party transportation (Chrysler 300), and shuttle service to/from the hotel to reception hall. They were great on all accounts. The drivers are AWESOME and super helpful. Our limo driver actually realized that no one packed up our unity candle and did so himself so it didn't get misplaced. The cars were clean and shiny and arrived at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule. They were very polite and never rushed us. We hired a 30-person party bus to transport our guests, which was a great idea so no one had to worry about drinking and driving. I only priced out one other company and Royalty was more affordable. I'm not a "car person" but, from what I could tell, they have a really large selection of antique cars if that's something you are looking for. Definitely would recommend to others.

Excellent service, very attentive drivers and perfect timing. My only complaint, if any was the lack of strong air conditioning in the 8 passenger Lincoln stretch - even though the weather was cool for early October, we were annoyed that the A/C wasn't working too well during our ride to the church.Also, I think 1 of the 2 cars provided to me on my wedding day had no GPS systems installed. While the drivers knew exactly where to go, I found it strange that the driver took the longest,local route to get to my church and because he drove so slow, we got to the church with barely a minute to spare! It was a little nerve wracking because traffic on the parkways is sometimes more congested than traffic on Sunrise Highway, and it seemed like the driver could've taken shortcuts to get there and didn't bother doing so.??..However, I would book Royalty again, their cars were amazingly clean and the service excellent.

Nothing but excellent things to say about this vendor. The girls in the office are super nice. They followed up with me twice to ensure they had the correct information to ensure no issues. The drive arrived 15 minutes early so there was no stress. He poured the champagne and carried my dress at my house and at the church. I would definitely recommend this vendor. They were great!

The price and quality of services were great! During the wedding day the limo arrived early and very helpful. The limo was in great condition, the only thing is that I was running a bit late because of my make up so, didn't really had a chance to enjoy the limo as much as we wished. The service is okay. Our driver was really nice and helpful. Its just that the AC inside the limo is not even existing. OMG, it was so hot inside. Dont get me wrong they have AC its just that we didnt feel it. The weather on my wedding i think was in the 90s and it was humid. We asked him to put it in max and nothing it was still hot inside. Thats the only dissapointment we have, the AC wasnt strong enough. Its a good thing that the travel time from the church to reception is only at least 15 mins bcoz if not maybe all of us will passed out inside.

The company had so many cars to choose from and their prices were really reasonable.They also came on time..We used 2 cars - an Escalade for 22 people and a Princess Rolls for us. Our drivers not only took care of getting us organized but they also went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and that we had a great start to our reception beginning with the ride from the church to the reception hall.I would definitely check them out.

I would highly recommend Royalty limos. Their drivers are incredible. They worked so hard and helped us out so much. From lifting strollers all around to helping us get down the aisle, to keeping us on schedule.They were wonderful, and made our day a lot easier.

TERRIBLE! Driver was okay but the service at the office is disgusting. They changed the contract just after I booked with them so I was unaware of the new pay schedule and HARASSED me and my fiance over a lousy $250!! Maria is so rude and snotty. Judy was helpful but she just answers the phone. The people you actually have to deal with are awful. Did not receive champagne for my bachelorette party or wedding day like we were supposed to. Just after we were married and were on our way to hotel, in stead of enjoying our first moment of peace we had to give the driver directions! It was in our contract 6 months prior where we were going! Would it kill them to mapquest it?! NEVER AGAIN!

This was probably the last vendor we booked, and it was about a month before the wedding. They gave us a better price than other companies and we booked them the same day we met with them. The day of the wedding was a huge snowstorm and we were unable to get the Princess Rolls that we orginally booked, but they sent an Escalade limo instead of the regular one we had booked which was nice, but we still would have loved to have the Rolls for our pictures and whatnot. By the way the snow storm had started the day before and was supposed to be a big one (which it was) and we were called only an hour before our ceremony which was at 3pm to tell us that the Rolls was not coming. I definately feel like we could have been told this way earlier. The limo driver was great. He was very nice and tried to get us everywhere as quickly as possible and as close to on time as he could even with all the snow. We were even able to eventually come up with a good compromise with the company since we did not get what we originally had booked with them.

I will tell you at first that I was hesitant on booking them for my wedding. We went in and they were so overbooked that they totally ignored us. As we were walking out, one of the managers approached us and offered us a deal that we couldn't refuse! On the day of the wedding everything ran smoothly, limos were on time and clean and the drivers were awesome.

They did a wonderful Job. They were punctual and were able to work with a difficult situation. They were fare with prices and were extremely professional. They always had a smile on their faces. Although they have been doing this for a long time they didn't seem bored. They were greatful to be there. I am glad we chose them. Great Job! They also remembered to bring the flowers from the alter to the catering Hall. It was a rainy day. They were prepared with Umbrella's and made sure I didn't get wet. They adjusted my dress before I entered the church and fixed my train when I walked in with my mom. Very helpful and attentive. Great Job!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! THEY FORGOT TO PICK UP MY GROOM!!!! Then 2 hours later claimed they couldnt find the driver and sent a funeral car to get my mother in law!!!! in the end I simply got a refund for the difference of the limos....... HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
