She was incredible, responsive, and talented. After she showed me a sample bouquet that was not exactly in-line with what we'd spoken about at our initial consultation, she happily, readily and eagerly went to work re-creating a new bouquet. The new bouquet was GORGEOUS and exactly what I wanted. It taught me that my vendors are human and to pick up the phone and not settle because I want to avoid confrontation. She also went above and beyond the call of duty when her shop lost power (because of Hurricane Irene) at midnight the night before our wedding, and she saved all of my flowers by storing them safely in her home fridge. Are you kidding me?! THIS is a vendor you can trust!
