Our wedding cake was perfect. We went a little out of the box, but Melissa NAILED it!! We had used her before and were so honored she could make both our wedding cake and a grooms cake for the rehearsal dinner. She is AMAZING to work with and everyone raved about the cake!!

Melissa is by far the sweetest person ever, no wonder she went into the baking business! I knew I wanted something a little different than a traditional shaped sugar cookie for my wedding. As I played around with ideas I sent Melissa a photo of my inspiration ... and the sample she returned to me left me speechless! It was that beautiful! She designed a multi level cookie cake that shimmered with ivory and pink tones. It was then elegantly gift wrapped in such a way to continue my "shabby chic" theme down to the doily beneath each cake. We got so many compliments on our favors, something so different and memorable not only for their design but for their fabulous taste! I look forward to working with Melissa again in the future ... baby shower anyone??? <3

The cookies that Melissa from the Sugar Chic made for me were absolutely gorgeous!! Melissa created cookie favors for my wedding and she also created cookies for me when I was asking my bridesmaids and ringbearers to be in my wedding party. On both occassions I was blown away with how beautiful the cookies came out and everyone absolutely loved them. They also tasted DELISH!!! I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!! :)

I'm still enjoying the cookies from my wedding! They were a pleasure to work with (even though it did take a little long to get a response via email sometimes) and they were delicious! They arrived on time the day of the wedding and were beautiful!

OMG! The Sugar Chic is amazing, she did a wonderful job!!! I booked this vendor for my wedding cake and favor (cookies Yummooo) I loved it!! The cake was beautiful just how I always envisioned it. Melissa was great. Melissa created the cake I always wanted, it came out perfect. I was more then happy with the look and OMG it tasted amazing. It was red velvet cake with cream chesse and it tasted delishhhhhh. I couldn't stop staring at our cake that whole day. The colors the sugar flowers simply gorgeous! Melissa totally understood what the whole theme and look was. She even helped by placing our cake topper which looked perfect. And the favors were adorable. They were heart shaped bride and groom cookies with monogram (you can see on her website) They were simply perfect our guest loved them. We loveddd them and they tasted soo good. I loved everything!! I was a very happy bride! I will definitely be using this vendor again. And I would definitely recommend this vendor to family and friends. Thanks Melissa!!!! :-)

Melissa made beautiful cookie favors for our wedding. We had a beach theme and she worked with me to create a star fish cookie to match our theme. She was wonderful, prompt, professional and worked within my budget. She had great ideas to make the favors just perfect. I didn't have to worry about a thing! I will definitely use her again and would highly recommend her to others.

The cupcakes were delicious and EVERYONE loved them. I did a mix of the Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting and the Dark Chocolate with the Oreo Frosting. I also had her box them and put our monogram on each box and they looked so expensive and her prices were really good! I would definetly do business with Sugar Chic again!

I would highly reccomend using the Sugar Chic for wedding favors or any event. She was easy to work with and her cookies were a HUGE hit! Not only were they absolutely beautiful, they tasted amazing. The cookies were soft and fresh and delivered perfect. A definite A++! And a great dollar value, wasnt as expensive as i excpected for a personalized item.

I found Melissa at the Sugar Chic during my quest for wedding favors. I knew I wanted to do cupcakes and set up an appointment with her. She is absolutely lovely and created an amazing tasting for us. She had all different types of cupcakes and icings and options and it was a total pleasure figuring it all out. The cupcakes we chose were amazing and fresh, each was topped with the initial of our last name, and each was packaged beautifully in individual boxes with ribbon and our monogram. I was thrilled with our decision to choose The Sugar Chic and I recommend them highly.

From the moment I started working with The Sugar Chic, I was nothing but pleased. It was easy to communicate with her, and when she delivered the cookie favors, we were amazed! They looked just like the ribbons, the colors were perfect. On our wedding day, everyone who tasted them was amazed! We got one or two to take home, and they were delicious! I have used the Sugar Chic since the wedding, and I will certainly continue to use them in the future.

We had shopped around at several bakers, but Melissa's products, service, prices, and "can-do" attitude were superior to everyone else.Melissa designed a personalized cookie to be used as a favor at my daughter's wedding. She listened to the bride's and groom's ideas, and then created an amazing work of art - far superior to anything they had imagined! Even though several minor changes were requested, she made each change graciously. The 300 cookies were wrapped elegantly, with ribbons and personalized name tags on each.Melissa also designed a groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner - it was an exact replica of the PHISH logo, my son-in-law's favorite group. The guests couldn't stop taking pictures of the cake!Not only were the cookies and cake beautiful to behold - they were truly tasty!The Sugar Chic is a gem - I would most definitely use her for any special occasion.
