Ultimate Class Limousine

I had no problems with our limo company. They arrived promptly. The driver was courteous and professional. The car itself was clean and perfect in every way. The price was good. So what keeps this from being a 5 star review is the office service. Not the friendliest and it took several phone calls to get everything straight. I was a little nervous that something would go wrong on the day itself. But everything was fine.

I used this vendor for my daughter's wedding. When the driver showed up, he did not walk in to the venue. He did not bother telling anyone that he was there. It's a great technique on their part for charging overtime. Did he expect me or my daughter to keep checking the clock. All the driver had to do was walk into the venue. It wouldn't have been difficult to find someone there to alert us that he was waiting since the place is not big. So when I called Mr. Silver who I suspect uses different names when answering the phone since when I asked for him and he said he wasn't in the office and when I told the man to convey a message to him, he screamed at me and told me he was going to report me to the NJ State Police for harrassment. Is this professional behavior for a business owner. When he picked up the phone he sounded so nice and friendly. When he realized who he was speaking to, his tone changed to being arrogant and out right nasty. I would not recommend his company to anyone.

I had to write to let others know how outstanding our Limo Company was for Our Wedding Held in February this year. They were professional, on time and Made my new Bride feel like a princess that day! We met the owner at a Bridal Expo and right be fore our big day he couldn't be more helpful and answered all my families questions and reassured my wife that she would have a wedding of a lifetime. We had limos not only for the bridal party and us, but for parents and relatives to and everyone was completely satisfied and everything went off smoothly. We just saw Matt's Green Hybrid Cars on the News this month and we've decided that next time we use Ultimate Class Limo Service we will be Going Green with his Hybrid Ford Fusion! Todd and I were Married on Sunday September 12th. We used Matt Silver's Ultimate Class Limo and we couldn't have made a better choice for our special day. The service was impeccable Our Driver was on top of everything to helping me with my dress everywhere I went, with the runner at the church service, pouring the champagne for us, always made sure the girls had their bouquets, all the way down to keeping my groomsmen in line, LOL. He was really the BEST - Down to every little detail he helped in making our day extra special. He worked so well and coordinated with our photographer and was on top of everything! The Office was also amazing - helping with every little detail. Knowing exactly what we needed! Especially accommodating last minute limos/town cars for my in-laws and a few guests (ugh! - Maybe we should've got the 30 passenger bus! LOL - jk). After our reception we had a different limo driver in a town car take us home to pick up our luggage and waited for us to change in to normal clothes then took us to the Hotel by the airport. He too was very nice and helpful with our bags and everything! We highly recommend Ultimate Class Limo and will most likely be using use them from now on whenever we need to go somewhere in Class! I had spoken to Matt Silver on the phone and he was very pleasant, although his prices were high. Coincidently, my fiance was trying to contact him because he was referred to him by 2 friends. When I told my fiance Matt's prices, my fiance sent him an email reiterating our referrals and asked if he could do better on pricing....no response! Two days later, I emailed him to see if we can come in to see the car...immediate response! When Matt showed us the car(which was ready to go out), there was puke on the inside window! When my fiance pointed it out, Matt's response was "accidents happen." Good thing we saw it or a customer would have been pissed! Then Matt starts writing up the contract...my fiance interrupted him and said before you do that, shouldn't we discuss pricing? His answer was that he already gave his price. So my fiance reminded him who sent us there and reminded him that he had emailed him bu did not get a response. Matt's answer for not replying to my fiance's email was, well I didn't want to change my price." He wasn't willing to work with us and was rude and arrogant! Stay away unless you want to get ripped off and have puke in your limo!

We were married on 8/26/10 and being the bride was a nervous wreck before church - Ultimate Class Came highly recommended from a friend who used them for her wedding... The Limo Driver Showed up @ my house early and even help calm me down a little. He was so nice... I got out of the Limo at Church and my Dad stepped on my dress which didn't help my nerves and it was ripped at the seam. Well My Hero was Our Limo Driver who actually had a sewing kit handy to help my Aunt out in doing a quick sewing job before I entered the church, and he even helped me with my extremely long train. The professionalism before during and after our special day... From my house to the reception was impeccable. We will be hiring them again for wine tours out east in 2 weeks with our friends. I highly recommend Matt Silver and his fine Staff for any Limo needs and Give them 5 Stars!!! - Thanks again Matt - Maria and Bob Kollar

My sister is getting married next October and happened to have the day off today, so her fiance and her decided to go to a few places to get quotes on limo, DJ, all that. I am her Matron of Honor and she asked me to come this afternoon with them. We went to a few limo places and decided to go to one by me, Ultimate Class Limo. Well the owner Matt Silver is an ULTIMATE ASS! First they scoffed at us for not having an appointment, then I said well her Fiance is from Westchester so they were getting done what they could today. When they heard this the owner came out an said well maybe I can give you guys an idea. They started talking a little and I said-- "Yes, they have an idea of what they want." With this Matt turns to me claps his hands and says... "You need to stop talking." Mind you I said 2 sentences! My sister looked at me and looked at him and said "Wow, forget it" and he turns around and says "Good". At this point I am shaking, get in the car and call his office. I told himt hat was no way to treat customers and I have no idea why he felt the need to talk to me like that. And hes says he was half-joking and 4:00 on a Friday is no time to just waltz into a limo business. To which I told him we have been to 4 other places and been treated well and helped. He then says "Well, obviously you're the boss and its not your sisters day its yours!" To which I promptly said that my sisters venue will hear about this since they are on the recommended vendors list!

I do not recommend this company to anyone.I was provided a quote and then emailed them back to reserve the limo. I got no response. I called the next day and was told the person I was talking with was not in so to email the information and I could reserve the limo. No response. I called the next day and was told them would email me the next day. No response. The following day I received an email that said they had given the limo to another party. I responded and told them how disappointed and upset they had taken so long to respond and I didn't understand how they were still in business operating like this. Matt Silver responded back and said, "this reinforces my decision."Do not use them. There are many other limo companies that take better care of their customers.

This firm had me in tears the day before my wedding. Did not return my calls for over a week right up until the day before my wedding so I could discuss details of service. I ended up having to pay extra for a second bus to service hotels and shuttle guests around. I paid for two, they only made one trip, were rude to my guests, almost left my elderly grandmother had it not been for an outspoken friend and the manager was EXTREMELY rude to me on the eve of my wedding. I strongly do not recommend this company.
